This was a Defective,Used Battery that claimed that it was short circuit protection however the 2 fuses holders were never connected inside the battery case posing a serious danger to the safety of my life and Amanda Sun with Shenzhen Yabo ( customer service and support) blocked our conversations when showing her the evidence of the problems using pictures and videos as to the battery never could charged to full capacity and was defective from the beginning! All I wanted was a refund or a replacement pic one, the label even looked used and note it states Short circuit protection Pic, 2, notice the 2 fuses holders inside the battery were never connected???? Pic.3,4 meter shows that battery only had 1.67 volts after 8 hours of charging

It can be really hard to find the right battery for a bike sometimes. This is the only supplier that really helped me get the one that I needed. Thank you!
